Most of ours in the house was painted over, so we needed a steamer to loosen it. Some wallpaper comes off in sheets, some comes off in little tiny pieces. I would see how it reacts to dry raping, then wet scraping with water and fabric softener or DIF, then steaming (you can use an iron with steamer function to check) and scraping, and pick the best method from there. You may be pleasantly surprised that it comes off easy. Although, I&#39;m guessing since it&#39;s in a bathroom it is vinyl paper, which means the top layer will probably come off in sheets and then the remaining paper layer will be left. That can be wet down and scraped separately.
