Our Minnesota House

In June of 2014, we moved from Racine, Wisconsin to Eagan, Minnesota.  Shaun was already working in Minnesota, so I would tag along with him for a few days at a time to scout for a house.  Our realtor was fabulous, and showed me over 40 homes!  We finally settled on a nicely laid-out split level that had the one requirement I had in a split: no stairs up to the kitchen.  Here is the house when we bought it:

The entire exterior has been repainted, re-roofed, and landscaped.  Here are some fun before and afters of the backyard.
